CPU: Intel Core i3 or similar
RAM: 4GB
Storage: 64GB hard disk space
For better performance, especially for a server PC, an Intel Core i5 or i7 CPU and 8GB+ RAM are recommended. The system also requires a local network connection and runs on Windows operating systems.
Other Key Requirements
Operating System: ROBOTILL is supported on Windows 10 operating systems, including Windows 11.
Networking: ROBOTILL is a client-server system and requires a local network connection between computers. It is designed for use on a local network and does not support cloud-based servers.
SQL Server: The system uses Microsoft SQL Server, which is often installed automatically by the ROBOTILL setup wizard.
Important Notes
No Cloud Support: Performance issues may occur if you try to run ROBOTILL on a cloud-based server.
Hardware: You can purchase various POS hardware components like touch screens and barcode scanners from TillSense online, as ROBOTILL does not supply hardware.
