Cancellation Policy

- All services are by appointment only. Please book at least 24–48 hours in advance. - Confirmations: Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from TillSense. Payment Terms: - Some services require full or partial payment before the appointment. - Free demos and consultations remain free unless converted into paid installations or training. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations: - Less than 24-hour notice may incur a small call-out or cancellation fee. - Free demos can be rescheduled but not guaranteed for immediate slots. - Onsite Visits: For onsite services, ensure someone is available to receive our technician at the scheduled time. - Travel Fees: A travel fee may apply for installations or support visits outside TillSense’s standard service areas (Gauteng and nearby). - Customer Preparedness: Please ensure your workspace, internet connection, and power are ready before we arrive or connect remotely.
